No matter what Coach did outside of the gym he was and will always be a HERO inside the gym. He was a great postitive, fun, caring man and always pushed the kids to try their BEST! He had a massive impact on me my child and my entire family! He will forever be missed!

- Gymnastics Plus of Columbia: 2 time Individual All-Around Maryland State Champion
- 1980: 2nd Place National Junior Olympics
- 1981: Outstanding Youth Athlete Award by the Maryland branch of the Amatuer Athletic Union
- 1983: 1st Place Vault National Boys' Invitational
- 1983: Howard High School Graduation
- 1983-1988: University of Illinois, Chicago NCAA Men's Gymnastic Team
- UIC Team Captain
- Held University's Record for Highest All-Around Score for 2 Decades
- 1990-91: Paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division in Panama
- Coach and Judge: Gymnastics Plus, Rebounders, MarVaTeens, Gymstrada (MD, VA)
